Some thoughts about life, dreams, passions and lost opportunities, on the occasion of a winter climb to Mount Dirfys that never happened.

A few days ago, I realized the obvious. Life without inspiration and passion is a lost life.

How passionately do you live your life? Have you been surrendered to the routine of everyday life? And if not, what inspires you?

We all go through phases in our lives, sometimes beautiful and exciting, sometimes boring and sometimes ugly and sad.

What defines these phases? The passions of course, as well as the ambitions and dreams or the absence of them.

To live is not the same to feel alive. And you only feel alive when you are motivated.

Unfortunately, over the years, even the most motivated spirit compromises. Either because he/she has a family, so he/she is forced to change lifestyle, or because due to some obstacles, he/she gets frustrated and gives up.

However, the truth is that inspiration is ageless. Everything is in the mind. Find a motivation, get inspired and dream.

Inspiration for you can be a person, a good book, a good movie, even a beautiful song.

For climbers, inspiration is the mountains that give us the strongest motivation.

Do not take anything for granted. Everything changes and everything can be overturned at any time.

So, whenever you have the opportunity to climb a mountain, grab it. Procrastination destroys lives.
